Here are just some of the tasks from our list:
- replace linoleum on floor
- fix back wall
- paint
- make new cushions
- replace table and seat boxes
- move microwave to sit above stove
- make new curtains
- re-work the cabinets
For inspiration, here are some of the textiles we have chosen for the new look:
We'll use the green fabric to cover our new foam cushions.
We'll use this cute leaf pattern fabric to make new curtains.
We think the Lil Loafer is going to look lovely and fresh by the time we're done.
Hi: I have the LilLoafer blogspot too that you are following. I didn't see your comment on my blog until today! Sorry about that. Looks like you have a good start on your Loafer...good luck with it. We are just about to paint ours this coming Monday (exterior paint). We've been working on the Smokey Bear Den for 7 months already...wow, time flies!

I hope all goes well with the exterior painting on the Smokey Bear Den tomorrow :) Our work has been delayed by rain many times since we brought the Lil Loafer home, but we are making good progress now that summer is here. We're taking advantage of the longer days and extra sunshine. Can't wait to see your new exterior paint job in the coming weeks. Nic
